The hills around Bolonia, in the San Bartolo area, offer over 250 routes of levels between III and 8a. There are routes from 10 to 80 metres, (most are between 10-15 metres).

The main meeting point for climbers is the bar "El Escondido" in Betis, about 5 min from the climbing area.

In Tarifa you can climb all year round, even the ever-blowing wind does not cause many problems because the rocks are facing different directions. The rocks are mixtures of sandstone and limestone and are generally unpolished, except for some "high traffic"routes.
