Most shops have their own clothing brands. Clothes are quite expensive, but usually of good quality.

Tarifa has so many "surf shops" or "surfer clothes" shops, that the competition gives rise to more stylish shops every year. It's worth having a window-shopping tour through the shops in Tarifa even if you don't buy anything (although it is difficult to resist).

Usual opening times in Spain are from 9:30-13:30 and from 17:30-21:00 Monday to Friday. Shops only open on Saturday during the morning, but during high season, they are even open on Sundays throughout the entire day. (Some surf shops don't even close during the Siesta).
