A beautiful villa awaits you, hidden in Tarifa's natural park, with spectacular views of Marocco over the Straits of Gibraltar. Enjoy time to be still and relaxed or as active as you like. About the teacher;
Silvia has been teaching yoga for ten years. She has trained extensively in most of the major yoga systems with some of the world's leading teachers. Her teaching style emphasizes alignment, breathwork and freedom of movement, creating a balance of strenght and softness, flow and technical detail. In het classes she challenges experienced yoga students as well as providing an enjoyable inroduction to beginners.
