I am a healing massage therapist practicing holistic massage that takes the whole body into account. The massage you will receive stimulates the circulation, warms the muscles, mobilizes the joints but most importantly releases the negative energy everyone stores in their body; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

After the massage, I give advice on how to maintain the feeling received long term and how to continue the de-stressing process for the rest of your life; incorporating meditation, deep breathing, morning stretches and dietary reccommendations.
