This newly built holiday house is one of the closest to Morocco in Spain, only about 100m from the shore (rocky beach), with stunning views from the terrace and house over the Straight of Gibraltar to the only 13km away African Continent.
Situated 5 km from Tarifa in a zone of restricted access, the Cortijo Costa Mirador is perfectly apointed for the discerning traveller, and includes infinity pool, garden and 200m of terraces.
Pool only available during summerseason. Availability out of season by commend and at an extra charge.
Ideal as a base for tranquil activities such as bird watching (migration) and fishing, or sports such as snorkeling, diving, bicycling, and spectacular hiking and rock exploration. (Wind and Kitesurfing is possible for advanced surfers, but this house is not on the popular surf beaches on the atlantic coast!)
The access to the house goes the last 2 km via a pretty bad gravel road, especially during winter and rain. Possible to access with normal car, but more comfortable with 4x4.
