One-bedroom holiday apartment on the front line of the Playa Los Lances Beach. The rental is located in the town of Tarifa, only 10 minutes walking to the city center. You can enjoy a view of the sea and Punta Paloma. From the apartment, there is access to a large, private patio that has a door to the street, where you can leave your kite or windsurf equipment.
The apartment is equipped with a double sofa-bed and has a maximum capacity for 4 people. It has a t.v., completely equipped kitchen, and full bathroom. Towels and sheets are also included. This apartment rents for days or weeks. The urbanization has a communal swimming pool, and manicured gardens (the swimming pool is not available during the winter months).
